Costume contest

  1. Sponsor: [legal sponsor name and address].
  2. Prizes: four prizes of $100 each: Sexiest Costume (male), Sexiest Costume (female), Best Group (one prize per group), Best Creativity. No alcohol is awarded as a prize.
  3. Who can enter: [age requirement]. Employees of the sponsor and the hosts can't win.
  4. How winners are chosen: judged on Saturday, October 31, 2026 by [judges] at [time], based on [judging criteria]. Winners must be present at judging.
  5. Prizes are paid by [method]. Winners are responsible for any taxes.

VIP drawing
